CAN I COLLECT IN-STORE?
Certainly!
Simply select Click & Collect at checkout. Your subscription will be ready for in-store pickup each month. You'll receive a notification once it's available for collection.
HOW WILL I BE BILLED?
You will be billed at the time of purchase and subsequently charged on the same day every month.
SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
- Shipping Schedule: All Wax Melt Subscription boxes are shipped on the 15th of each month or the following working day.
- Subscription Flexibility: Enjoy flexibility with just a 3-month minimum commitment; cancel anytime after.
- Scents: Scents are not customisable to individual preferences.
- Fragrance Rotation: Subscribers will not receive the same fragrance within a 12-month period.
- Availability: Currently, our Wax Melt Subscription Box is only available to customers in Spain.
