Sourcing glass, ingredients, fragrances, and other essential components can be challenging. Testing alone can take months to ensure compliance and safety for consumer use. Additionally, production costs can be quite expensive.

1. Minimum Order Quantities: All orders are subject to minimum order quantities as specified by FOX & WOLF at the time of purchase.

2. Production Timeframe: A 10-week timeframe is contingent upon swift and timely communication between the client and our team. Delays in responses or decisions by the client may result in production delays. Any such delays will nullify the 10-week production guarantee.

3. Payment Terms:
- Full payment is required before the commencement of work or manufacturing of products.
- Bespoke packaging options cannot be processed or finalised until full payment is received.
- The 10 to 12-week production timeframe begins upon receipt of full payment.

4. Amendments and Changes: Any alterations or modifications requested after payment may impact the production timeline and could incur additional costs. FOX & WOLF reserves the right to assess and charge accordingly for such changes.

5. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Orders canceled after production has commenced may be subject to fees based on the progress made at the time of cancellation.

6. Quality Assurance: FOX & WOLF ensures compliance with safety standards and regulations for all products manufactured. However, client-specific testing or certification requirements must be communicated prior to production, and any associated costs will be the responsibility of the client.

7. Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property, designs, or concepts provided by the client for white labeling purposes remain the property of the client. FOX & WOLF respects the confidentiality of client-provided information and will not disclose it to third parties without explicit consent.

8. Shipping and Delivery: Shipping costs and delivery times will be determined and communicated to the client separately, and these will be the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated in writing by FOX & WOLF.

9. Liability: FOX & WOLF will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products or services provided.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
