WE SUPPORT THE SAMARITANS WITH EVERY PURCHASE
BE PART OF SOMETHING GREAT WITH FOX & WOLF. SUPPORT MENTAL HEALTH WITH EVERY PURCHASE!
The Creative Directors behind FOX & WOLF, Ryan Fox & Scott Wolf, have been involved in the provisionment of mental health services for many years. Ryan Fox is a Psychotherapist, with years of experience working for Macmillan Cancer Support, Coping with Cancer Leicester, Private Rehab Centres and in private practice.
Alongside FOX & WOLF, Ryan and Scott both own mental health clinics in the UK. Across two clinics their teams offer counselling, psychotherapy, family mediation, autism assessments and support, and other wellbeing services to adults and young people.
With the pandemic comes greater need for mental health services. Anxiety, bereavement, obsessive compulsion disorder (OCD) and other difficulties are much more prevalent. As a result most services are stretched and struggling to cope with the demand.
So, we’ve teamed up with the Samaritans Spain, and for every order on our website, we will donate towards this wonderful charity. We want to ensure EVERYONE has a listening ear. Don't suffer in silence. Reach out to the Samaritans...
A WORD FROM THE SAMARITANS
Suicide has become something that as a society we have come to accept although of course it still saddens us to hear that somebody has been driven to take such drastic action to end their emotional pain and suffering. We at Samaritans in Spain believe in the importance of having the opportunity to explore difficult feelings and in doing so, alleviate the despair that can lead to suicidal thoughts. That is why we provide a confidential listening service to ALL English speakers, of any age in mainland Spain and the Islands totally FREE of charge. We have been providing this service since July 2008 and we are very much based on the established Samaritans model, which has been in operation in the UK since 1953.
We want everyone to know that there is someone there who is ready to listen, without judgement or prejudice. It is important to us that people understand that you do not need to be feeling suicidal in order to call us. Our trained listeners are there to provide confidential emotional support to anyone who is feeling in distress or despair. In this way, we believe that we can help to improve emotional health and reduce the incidence of suicide; our ultimate vision.
As a self-funded charity run entirely by volunteers, we rely on donations from businesses and the general public in order to maintain this invaluable service. It costs us an average of €16 per each call taken or to put it another way, to enable us to hear the words ‘I am feeling better about things now’.
We are available on FREEPHONE 900 525 100 between the hours of 10am and 10pm, 365 days a year. We can also be contacted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Further information about Samaritans in Spain is available at www.samaritansinspain.com.
