HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE?
It's simple. Add the LUXURY WAX MELT SUBSCRIPTION BOX to your cart. Do not add any other items to your cart at the time. Then checkout as normal.
WHEN WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX BE SHIPPED?
We ship your LUXURY WAX MELT SUBSCRIPTION BOX within 3 business days of initial purchase. Your repeat subscriptions will then be billed on the same date as your initial purchase, the following month. We then ship your repeat subscriptions within 3 business days of purchase.
MINIMUM SUBSCRIPTION
You can cancel your subscription box after 2 months. Check your email inbox for a subscription confirmation email. Click the link in the email and you can manage your subscription from there. Or, simply email concierge@foxandwolf.es or call +34965648468, and we will arrange to cancel the subscription for you. We will off course be sorry to see you go...
SHIPPING
Shipping is calculated at checkout and billed each subscription period (biweekly or monthly - whichever you chose). Your subscription box will be delivered 3 days after collection by the courier.
PAYMENT MISSED / CHANGED YOUR BILLING DETAILS
You can manage missed payments and update your details on the subscription portal. Access the email we sent you to confirm your subscription. Or, if you can't find this, please reach out to us by emailing concierge@foxandwolf.es or call +34965648468
You can return an unopened item within 30 days. The item must be in new condition, be unused and unopened. Simply arrange delivery back to our store in Spain and email concierge@foxandwolf.es to let us know. We unfortunately do not cover postage costs back to our store.
Your order is typically dispatched within 72 business hours.
When your items are on their way, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, so you can keep an eye on the progress of the delivery.
Clients in Spain: orders shipped with Correos Express or SEUR. Standard shipping on purchases under €50, is €4.99. Spend over €50 to enjoy complimentary next day delivery.
UK Clients: Delivery is usually within 7-10 business days after dispatch. Spend over £80 to enjoy complimentary delivery.
EU Clients: Delivery is usually within 3-5 business days after dispatch. Spend over €100 to enjoy complimentary delivery.
